A Saracens fan who lives with his parents won £250,000 in a kicking competition at Wembley on Tuesday.

Stuart Tinner, 24, was one of three supporters chosen to try and hit the crossbar from 30 metres at half-time as Saracens took on South Africa.

The Job Centre worker kicked in his socks and said he would buy a flat, a car and a Saracens season ticket.

"I've already spoken to my parents and they told me to keep my feet on the ground," he said.

Rugby Union teams really have the gayest of names. Saracens and Harlequins.

I was in a pub in Edinburgh on Saturday, walked in and asked if they would be showing the Scotland game (obviously referring to the Scotland - Wales football game), the girl behind the bar pointed to the tv and said 'It's already on'.

I thought this strange as kick off wasn't for another hour. I looked up and saw they were showing the Scotland - Fiji Rugby Union game.

Lucky him, he had cheerleaders around him as well
