One of my favorite NFS games...I like the control in this one a lot more, but they didnt put much effort at all into customization

You can improve the handling of the cars 100% by going to quick tune and setting the balance to FULL oversteer.

also try these controls :-

Steering dead zone ------ 15%
acclerator dead zone ---- 10%
brake dead zone --------- 10%
steering sensitivity ---- 5%
acceleration sensitivity 5%
braking sensitivity ----- 5%

makes all the difference.

The Demo rocks! Can't wait to get the full version!

I was kicked out of my local library for moving all the bibles to the 'fiction' section.

I havent seen the deadzone stuff you're talking about...but I always do the tuning in the upgrade menu. I meant they didn't put in much effort into customization as in they dont have many hoods, bodykits and stuff like that. I also wish you could still change tailights, window tint, and purge the nitrous....I cant believe NFS stopped letting you customize your headlights after the second one.

I thought the same. the excitement is full on but tbh the handling is very arcadish. the more I play it the more it feels like the previous NFS.

I tried different tuning options but didn't notice alot of diffence to handling. the only one that makes a noticeable difference is the balance, make sure it goes all the way to oversteer.

theres some great liverys and bodykits on all cars though!

I have to disagree...the Porche GT2, Nissan GTR, and Lotus (the one you get from pinkslips) all kept their original hood.

As for the handling, try to turn the steering about 3/4ths the way to "tight" and the tires about 3/4ths the way to grip...Thats what I had set up on my cars....The tuning doesnt make a lot of difference, but if you match it up with your driving style...It will give you that edge...and I usually turn my nos a little bit towards power because it refills fast enough that you dont need to save it, but if you turn it too much towards power, it almost seems to be a waste...for me anyways.

360....I was playing with light cars that were nimble but one bump and Id go spinning/flying....the tighter steering and stickier tires helped with that and helped me recover from crashes.

Never played undercover. it is 'similar' too carbon. the cars seem to always want to break adhesion to the asphault ALOT sooner than they really should.

I guess so. I'm playing medium. I never play hard. I always get really pissed off and end up damaging the controller. What car are you using and what do you look for in a car?

I have been using lots of different cars

I fully upgrade them first and use the balance tuning to full oversteer.

Definetly. But is it me or is it really easy to make money in this version of NFS?
