The organizations I work with (TFS' rules do not allow me to state or give links to) have amazing leaders who really have their thumbs on the pulse of the environment in which they operate. For example, the product is really in great need. They work with home loan refis, and many other legal issues. When ID theft surfaced, they were right there providing protections, and because people need to bring in an income, they pay people to promote the business. They keep costs affordable in this economy, and that is why their stock is going up and major investment magazines are praising them. I think I've satisfied your assignment.
