Try phoneconsultation.com. Because like you my sister spent whole day in front of the computer and she suffered back pain. So a friend of hers introduced her this site and she tried it. She found out that this site is face to face doctor visit and they deliver pain meds within 3 days.

phoneconsultation sounds good, just be cautious.
Via the computer, or actually on the computer/modem with a doctor? Anyone ever think of trying a chiropractor? My mom used to go to these every once in awhile, when her back pain got too bad.

If it's your lower back a lumbar pillow will help with the computer. Stretches and the heating pad. It's very easy to slump in your chair, sit as straight as possible and do head rolls with your neck, this relaxes the body. If you can't get a lumbar pillow, just put a regular pillow behind your lower back.

I've been getting back pain a lot lately, most likely due to have a slightly wonky spine and the amount of time I spend on the computer.

I was just wondering if there were any natural things I could do to stop the pain? (I don't intend to not go on the computer though!).

Sorry if this is a stupid question, any ideas would be appreciated.

When your onthe pc, make a concious effort to sit with your back straight and shoulders back.

Cheese.

You can always try sleeping with a pillow under your knees.
