It is human nature to be skeptical on something that never happened yet. The only way to find out if the prophesy is accurate is when the event came true.
Indeed but saying something like:
In the City of God there will be a great thunder, Two brothers torn apart by Chaos, while the fortress endures, the great leader will succumb",
The third big war will begin when the big city is burning"
It is so open and can be interpreted in so many ways, it is ridiculous to suggest that it is an accurate prophecy.

That sounded like the twin tower of New York on 9/11. The start of WWIII.

On the day a person can stand in front of me and tell me things about myself that ONLY I know, in precise detail, will I believe in "Psychics". Ain't gunna happen, and we all know it!
Most professional "psychics" aren't mind readers, it's all psychiatry, leading questions, careful phraseology, reading reactions etc, I've watched shrinks do it at gatherings as a party-trick!
Given how long this rubbish has been around, and how many people practice and believe in it, you'd have thought at least ONE clearly demonstrable case would have emerged by now, wouldn't you?

I have heard of psychics who can tell you who you are. Two of them in Bulgaria. Psychics' gifts vary, some can tell the future by reading your palm, others read the cards or tarot, some are through dreams, visions, and intuitions. The later one has no control on what's to see. No one can dare them to tell the future now because these kind of psychics are only basing their knowledge through their dreams, visions, and instinct.

Psychics are not really psychic. I had a friend who works as a "psychic" and she knows its bulls***.
A real psychic would not say it is all bs. Your " psychic" friend knows it is bs because she is fake.

"heard of, in Bulgaria" equates to "Once upon a time, in a land far far away"
Like I said..."Show me the money"
Reiterating the mythology hardly demonstrates anything, let alone the reality. There always seems to be lots of excuses for inaccuracy or failure, or the inability to demonstrate their "power" in a real examination, so, "if it walks like a duck, and it quacks like a duck...."!
No-one has ever been able to prove even a shred of "power", and it's been thoroughly investigated, by American institutions, and the Gov', plus the Russian, English, French and other Gov's have spent millions on it, all to no avail. If there were even one iota of reality to it, it would have shown up.

As what I understood,a lot of Nostradamus prophesy alrady happened. It's been aired in tv world wide many times in recognition to his prophesy. Aside from Nostradamus, there was a psychic on the 20th century named: Edgar Casey.

It works like this:
Nostradamus makes hundreds of vague prophesies then an event happens and people try to manage to fit it into the prophecies he made.
There is nothing compelling about his prophecies at all. I could say a hundred random things now and sometime in the future events that metaphorically fit with them will occur.

Seems like he wasn't too good at guessing the age of the pyramids:
The carbon dates of the Great Pyramid ranged from about 3800–2850 B.C.—about 7,000 years later than Cayce's claim.
And he believed in Atlantis. Sounds like a nut job.

hypnotherapy starts at an early age and all of us have been brainwashed into believing religious rubbish. there are secret scientific projects going on all over the world which have proved beyong a shadow of a doubt that we all suvive death and this has been going on for centuries but will always be tabooed by the church and politicians so it never gets out. otherwise the churches will fall. And all this because we choose to believe rubbish over fact!! out of body experiences are real especially to the people who have them and they are usually terrified when it happens. Near death experiences are slightly different but anyone who has experienced them are no longer afraid to die because they are aware of the truth. proof is all around us but it requires a certain interest in quantum physics and most people cant be bothered due to the compledxity of the subject which when studied becomes more interesting than any other subject on this world!
Agreed. | | |
