This was not the first nor only time he did this. He violated their civil rights and should be spending time in jail.

I was so relieved when I read about this this morning, because earlier he'd been saying he had no plans to resign, and I was just baffled. I mean, can a Justice be in a sense "fired"? Anyways, no more worries
