please tell me best antivirus software to remove win32 .exe virus file from computer

I don't know. I use Avira but Avira doesn't seem to do much but constantly harrass me.

I've found stuff saying it's a trojan, so you need a spyware program. try spybot search and destroy. my sister uses it and recommends it.

Avira and Malwarebytes. Run both from Safe Mode.

Microsoft has their free anti-malware software now too.

It really depends on what operating system you have. So it is better to try the free ones available and choose the one that suits you best. Most popular free antivirus programs are AVG Anti-Virus, Avira AntiVir , Avast etc.
