Cause and effect, Shiny. The reason they stay in the closet is because they know that society disapproves of them. Unfortunately for them it is then their actions (as in the case of this JOP), that expose them for what they are.
What hits them the most, is that the good people of the world are prepared to speak up against them, and let them know in no uncertain terms that their disgusting racism is abhorred and people will not tolerate their uncivilised attitudes.
There is an old saying that.... "For evil to flourish, it only takes good men to say nothing". I believe that is true, therefore the more of us who speak up and make our voices heard against race hate, the more evil will be put down. Not with violence or oppression, but with disapproval.
These people are entitled to their views, but we can let them know their views are despised. If they have the right of free speech to voice their views, we have the same right to voice our disapproval.
Let them know they are NOT approved of. Let them know how we, the vast majority of decent people, feel about it. Our disapproval of their attitudes may change some and that will be good. But for those who will not change their ways, they will be in no doubt that it is they who are in the wrong, and whatever they do, they will be condemned for it.
Civilisation will prevail in the end.
