When I was growing up, Mom would put them on the table every Thanksgiving and Christmas, and insisted that I eat them-I cannot stand them cooked in any fashion.

I also had them as a kid. I'm 61 now and still enjoy them.
I don't care much for turnips.

I love lots of veggies. I love making fresh organic pico de gallo. I like guacamole, but only home made. I like salads also quite a bit, just depends on what kind. I usually get a ton of veggies in my soups... My favorite veggies are jalepenos, habenera peppers.

I love veggies all the way except Leeks! Eww I have hated them since I was a kid! I hate the taste, the texture the lot lol!

Potatoes, carrots, green beans, onion, white cabbage, peas and thats it for me.

Oh and sprouts are the devils food, little green balls from hell.... yuk yuk cant even stand the smell of them cooking.

Without stress my life would be empty...

I'll eat every vegetable apart from boiled or mashed potatoes. I really don't like the texture.

My parents used to make me eat them as a child on the grounds that they were "good for me" and I wasn't allowed to leave the table until they were gone, but all they made me do was gag and throw up, how can that be good for you lol, I never forced my kids to eat anything, i learned much from that experience.

Yeah that kind of behavior can put you right off things! Its horrible and not good for your relationship with food at all
