Have you seen, known or ever experienced nursing anyone suffering from heart failure that can lead to severe breathlessness and fluid retention???

Would like to know if there are any remedies can be used that may help give ease and comfort from such.

Wish I could help. I think if I ever got into and learned a medicinal practice it would be psychiatry.

I'm not a blood and gore kinda guy. =L

Thanks for your reply. I don't like the blood and such things either, but it's amazing what one can face up to when the need arises. I am very interested in alterative medicines and herbal remedies as well as the conventional cures.

The supplement Taurine is currently used as a treatment for heart failure in Japan, 3000mg per day I believe. Taurine has been extensively studied and has no toxicity at all, and has numerous health benefits.
