Why no "FITNESS CENTERS" existed in the 50's!!!!!!!

No Computers to waste hours sitting at or Play Stations,we rode Pushbikes,we didn't know what Junk Food was,and we got outside and enjoyed ourselves.

Ahhhhhhhh,those were the good old days

I watched my parents and my in-laws dance like that at my wedding reception,and we are talking "Rock Around The Clock" here,and boy can they go!You did not see too many problems with obesity back then!They were huffing and puffing though.And the way me and my friends danced in the 70's-likewise.Had had to be in good shape!
I wonder what happened between then and now?!

My sister is big into similar dancing, she's in to balboa and lindy hop... no idea really what that is

You know this 50's rockin dance... looks like it kills quite a few more calories than grinding... who would of known!
