Actually, the only good thing a ps3 is for is that it can play ps2 games also. 360 has great games to play online with but gotta pay for online so....both have there ups and downs
Actually it's only the old 40 GB models of the PS3 that can play PS2 games. All the newer models of the console can't, I believe they scraped the backwards compatability feature in order to lower the price of the PS3.
As for the whole debate over what is better can't we all just agree to disagree and not come up with these fanboyish type topics. At the end of the day the only main differences are the exclusive games for each console and the way the consoles online service is run.
I mean for example Call of Duty: World at War has no differences in terms of graphic quality, storyline or online play (apart from the quality of service which I mentioned kind of earlier).
I have played videogames for the best part of 20 years (I know I am a geek and should be locked back into my basement) and I believe it is a matter of opinion which console is better, much like game reviews is a matter of opinion.
