Im for the latter myself. The older I get the less significant anything from school is to me. In fact I can barely remember anyone from school. I dont feel I would have anything in common with them at all.
A few years back i went to my school reunion after 25 yrs.
Wont go to another one but wow it was good to see how some people had turned out!. The boys that thought they were gods gift at school were now fat and balding. The girls who were so up them selves were nothing special. I did take great pleasure in when one of these girls who had ignored me at school came up and spoke. I did turn round and say you didnt talk to me back then dont bother now. YOu should have seen her face what a picture.
But not through a school reunion but through fb i have got back in touch with my best freind back at school after many years of searching for her now that was great.
