When I read this topic, I thought "Someone's been drinking." and clicked off. Your post seemed out of character for you. We aren't all stupid and evil.

Seems like women who really want a good man have a hard time finding one these days. I'm not just speaking for myself. I've listened to my friends complain about their boyfriends and husbands for years. I'm not saying it's never my friends' fault things don't go well.

My friend from school married a guy who abused her verbally and physically. He also griped at the kids constantly. She didn't leave him so I can't really feel sorry for her.

I think you just have to wait a little longer for the right woman for you. Good luck.

I was a total b**** when i was younger. I just acted how i thought i was supposed to act. Copied how other girls acted, copied TV, books and films. Assumed all boys were complete bastards and should be treated thus. We are taught from an early age to be defensive, to have thorns. Which means its not just the bad guys who get hurt when they encounter us. Its all guys.

I would love to see the end of this whole men vs women s***. I would love to see gender sterotypes abolished. I wish children would be taught that we are all just people not a gender.

Some girls grow out of it, some have their minds changed by an amazing individual, some sink so low they have to examine themselves and their actions and change themselves and some will carry on through life being an evil b****.

I'm going to stop drinking.

Anyway I apologise for painting all women with the same brush, I need to clarify it is only ever woman I've ever met that is like that. I cannot speak for those I have yet to meet.

Maybe you just bring out the best is us girls.

But yeah .. I understand where you're coming from .. I remember a saying someone once quoted to me when I made the same kind of comment ..

'Not all women are b****es .. they're just b****es to you'

Yup .. basically MY problem not theirs.

Upon spending the majority of the day locked in the pub (well not literally locked but I've been there since 2 pm) with three of my dearest female friends I feel I was quick to jump to the gun about my convictions of the women I know.

Rather than being 'evil' or 'vindictive' I propose most of those I know and have encountered are in fact naive. Apparently the quite obvious bulls*** that certain guys say to girls with the sole intention of shagging them is lost on girls who cannot see past the in built need and desire to have what the empty promises of such men suggest they will deliver.

Perhaps being a sleazy bastard, and giving these empty promises is the way to go. Unlike others though I could perhaps make an effort to actually deliver on them, though I can't imagine anyone would be so stupid as to believe in them in the first place.
