I'm now on my SECOND version of Windows that I'm missing half the fun of because that 82845GV doesn't run Aero. Quite frankly, I'm tired of it.

I need a new graphics card.

Things I need in a graphics card:
Dirt cheap. I've found a card that will halfway suit me but is PCI for about $40.
I have no PCIe slots, so the card needs to be PCI or preferably AGP.
Must support Aero!!!!

Quote:
a DirectX 9 compatible graphics processor with a Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM) driver, Pixel shader 2.0 in hardware, and a minimum of 128 MB of Video RAM

Doesn't need no be a supercomputer in itself. That card I mentioned was a GeForce FX 5200.

Thanks for your time.

Yeah, I can recommend a new video card: the one that will come in a new computer. Know what I mean?

Well that would be nice, but if I'm asking for recommendations on dirt cheap video cards, you really think I'm going to go buy a new computer?
