I honestly know how you feel. I haven't gone a day without crying or having a breakdown of sorts for a long time. I think once you've realised you are genuinely unhappy you have to do something about it, otherwise it's too easy to stay like that. Try speaking to someone like a counsellor, that's what I'm planning on doing.

With only a little thought, I decided to seek therapy. I called a hotline, and they told me to go to Community Counseling Center so I can speak to a therapist and become at least half-way healthier mentally than before.
