well ok that's not true for everyone but frumpy sweats or a mini skirt both do the same for me if it's a girl I like a lot.

start off by dressing "sexy" on special occasions, that way if it comes across as "slutty" y'have an excuse. then you create more and more occasions, then you (as people have said before me) conduct yourself well.
