it comes out of the woman, the woman has the say. when men start giving birth, they can have a say, until then, it's for women to decide. it is a personal issue and should not be added to politics and should not be dictated by religion or politics. abortion at any stage should be allowed for victims of rape and incest. it should also be available without parental consent to all age groups.
