So I spiked my foot the other day, and the wound is kind of black I suppose. Not particularly sightly. I may be completely overreacting but I'm having muscle spasms in my leg and arm. Just wondering if anyone has any idea as to whether I should be worried or not.

When was the last time you had a tetanus shot?
I would go to the doctor and have it looked yet. Make sure it's not infected.

I'm not sure, thats my worry. Hopefully I'll be fine but I'm not sure how or whether I can get my medical background.
