Well there are always ways to combat this with a step up in nutrition that will allow your body to repair itself and also feel alot better with energy that takes you to another lever of adding productive Hrs to your day...

I've had friends and acquaintances who are diabetic,
and they did seem to manage it quite well. I wish you
all success in proper management of this disease. Wish
there was a cure for it somewhere.

My husband was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a few months ago. Shopping in the supermarket is a nightmare - you dont realize how much sugar is hidden in things. We are managing it now, just remember you can still have a treat now again. My hubby has also had to stop taking sugar in his coffee, so have i and when i had a cup of tea at my friends house with sugar in it it tasted so horribly sweet and felt like it all stuck to my teeth. It takes a bit of time but you will get used to it!
