I totally disagree. Everyone has the same opportunities in America.
You had the opportunity to go to a selective, expensive private school? Tell me about that

Buffalo, you really can't still say that. Everyone has the same chance if they applied themselves. I am where I am because I only achieve a high school diploma, but I am not complaining. I couldn't get into college because I didn't money, but I am not complaining. However, I did work my butt off and never waited on a handout and am doing just fine. Those that can't succeed are those that don;t try to succeed.
Not true. Everyone starts at a different point on the race track. It's not a fair game. A lot of people genuinely don't have the same access to education and work that other people do. They are at a disadvantage.

My mom and dad made great sacrifices for all their children. They didn't have the money to go, but if it was mandatory, I am sure they would have done something to get us in.
That is just not fair question to ask. Those that do place their children in private schools have worked and earned the money to do so.
Geez, we all have the opportunity to better ourselves and some of us just as happy to be living the way we are, but we shouldn't blame the rich for being rich. Most of whom worked for it and deserve it.
Football season is starting up. My favorite sport. Do I think that a quarterback or any other starter for that matter, deserves to sign multi-million dollar contract to play ball? Hell no. But even the poor will pay $75.00 a ticket to see them play and b**** because they can;t afford to put their kids in private schools?
You love to get me riled up

Sure, but not everyone that starts in the middle of the track are going to win, are they?

This all looks like a load of bulls*** to me. Oh, and the joker is no where near socialism, he's an anarchist. Get it right.
Obama is not socialist. I suggest you read up the definition of socialism, then try again. But with what you've provided so far, I am not taking you seriously, not one bit.

True, comparisons between a politician of any type and the Joker are terrible. Obama the President is about as opposite to Joker the anarchist as you can get. Also I have to wonder, how insulting can a comparison to a comic book villain really be? Whoever thought it up wasn't really thinking very hard.

Where has Bush been? I bet Obama has built a wall around Crawford and no one will let him out.
There no conspiracy. People just don;t the "change" this administration is wanting to achieve. Aren't we Americans still allowed to disagree with our government?
Disagree? sure. Educated disagreement preferably. From what I've been hearing (a previous Health Insurance Industry proffesional that helped squelch the 1993 Clinton bill- said he could no longer stomach the crap and sabatoge they do. It was more in your face in 1993 but now they act like they are capitulating all the while funding the organizations that have started these "grass roots" protests. Looks like many of you have fallen hook line and sinker and have willing elected to become the pawns for the Health Insurance Industry.

Not as long as it remains a competition... but if we were in a socialist state, everyone would win!!!

Not everyone wins. There are winners, and there are losers in this world. If everyone wins, why try to better yourself?
Why are the liberals thinking we all should be the same in this world? That is just nonsense.
Was Bill Gates born rich? Oh wait, he was born white. Was Oprah born rich? Oh wait, she was born black. Hmmmm, I can see the disadvantages, don't you?
Some country's have lost their gonads, and I refuse to name them because I don't want to "offend" anyone, but the USA still has some backbone and we will not allow this country to be castrated by the likes of liberal propaganda.
To say that there should be no competition and everyone wins? Thats more communist than socialist thinking.
