Jpg files can be quite adequate, depending on their use but you do have to be aware of some aspect of the file format. It is lossy compression. The higher the compression the smaller the file size and the lower the quality. I oven use 20% compression and get adequate quality for website images.

If you continue to save the file it will get worse, so you are best to leave the original master and save to a new file.

Some sites disable COPY/PASTE controls, so honestly I love the PRINT SCREEN... It's very reliable...

There's a ton of pages, so I don't know if anyone has mentioned it. But holding Alt and then pressing print screen takes a picture of your active window instead of the whole screen (for example, if you alt+print screen while using MSN, it will only take a picture of MSN). Saves time if you're cutting certain windows out of a full window.

May be worth putting in the OP, no idea
