I can't help but think that the giving of so many kudo somehow dilutes their importance. I understand that those members who have been here for a while are by definition likely to have awarded more.

I have my own fairly strict rules regarding the awarding of positive kudo ..

Tell me something I didn't know
Make me laugh out loud
Help me solve a problem
Exchange one of yours for one of mine

Satisfy any one of the above and one of my kudo's is yours.

I rarely, if ever, award a neg kudo.
