I try not to use any 'medicine'. I am 56 so I found out too late in life that, according to the FDA, "no drug product is perfectly safe"...and after hearing about all the side effects that a new drug product's commercial tells about, there isn't anything I want to take. I admit I choose to take Aleve when my herniated disc is acting up, but that's really about it.
