Has anyone read the series?

I heard its pretty good, fairly simple and appeals to a younger audience but still a good read?

Thoughts, comments, reviews?

I didn't know it was part of a series but I've read it. Good book.

Well I was mistaken then...its not a series, I don't know where I got that from.

But I will read it, looks like all of you recommend it.

Yes...its basically a murdered girl looking down from heaven to solve who murdered her.

Interesting I'd say.

I have read it. I liked it, but not enough to read it again. I think they might be making, or already have made it into a movie.

Other books have taken precedence that intrigue me more. I'm the type of person that has to read the jacket cover and be like "wow, this seems good." Lovely bones doesn't do that to me, so often if I find another book that does, i will pick them over the suggested one. I've gone to the bookstore too and have picked it up, but put it back down when i find something else I like

Currently reading "the boy next door," by Irene Sabatini...so far its good.
