eat less or rather limit your intake of dairies oils.. I just underwent a rigorous weight loss program.
of course I had to lose a great amount in a short amount of time.. but it can still help you I'm sure.
eat less more times a day..
I went from eating 1- 3 full meals a day and not losing a damn thing instead gaining more.. to
eating 5-6 meals a day.
you could say uhmm have an eggwhite omelet filled with veggies . a banana mixed into half a cup of oat meal.
a mid morning snack of some leafy greens and maybe some grilled chicken..
a lunch of baked sweet potato yam. 1-2 cups of veggies and 4-5 oz of grilled chicken or steak.
mid noon snack consisting of 4 oz of a protein such as chicken steak or fish and half a grape fruit
dinner somewhere the same lines of lunch. but maybe substituting the yam for a potato or brown rice.
and a late evening snack if desired of 1/2 cup of berries or some form of fruit and maybe a few oz worth of shrimp .. fish chicken or whatever..
of course this is just a basic rundown of what my meals were for my body type..
still eat less amounts more times a day..
if you cut extra or added salts you will notice a drop in weight within a week or two..
