I personally think I'd carry the baby to term. I couldn't abort my own child let alone anyone else's and obviously for the 2 couples to be undergoing fertility treatments and IVF it's something they desperately wanted and I really think I'd be able to put myself in their position, especially if I was undergoing the same treatment myself.

I'd also sue them for the costs of medical care, demand the money I'd paid out for IVF was refunded and have 2/3 more cycles of IVF for free.

She has a legal right to sue the clinic and she will win. They will settle out of court for sure.

I would sue and I'm not a sue happy person.
