Busted...wikipedia...lol actually it was Mr. Real( spoken ree-al) Es Pate'whom initially made the sale of land a binding contract without stealing,burning or wiping ones behind with the legal papers. . His origin was Spanish and French..His last name Es Pate'( which comes from the lineage of Pate' makers for the King of Ukraine) was misspelled while crossing the Bulgarian border during the Blessed years...Hence...Real Estate.
