Different times....I think that if Axl hadn't alienated everyone around him it may have been better.

Crue was quite good. I used to crank them asn BOC while I was stationed in Japan. I think that GNR appealed to a slightly different audience.

I just listened to "Death To All But Metal" and I can see the similarities to Crue. I'm going to try and download some of their songs, thanks!
