What is a true asset when it comes to Home Ownership. How do I determent clear asset value before I purchase my first home? What will make the prospects of owning my first home attractive to me as a buyer? (All Suggestion are deeply recieved )
Thank You In advanced!

At this point in our economy, you might want to look into an investment property as your first purchase. With many people looking to rent right now, you may find it easier to have tenants that pay for the home for you. In a few years you can turn the property over, or you can keep it and use it as a foundation to purchase more investment property.
