There are programs out there for people who are blue eyed and blond haired just so they can open a business or go to college. You just have to know how to find what you are looking for. Like, I could have gotten a scholarship to any college I wanted to because I was a lefty. It wasn't much, but it was something.
Hell, they have some sort of government program for those making over 100,000/year to go to college so they don't dwindle their profits while they are in schooling.
