Try to have a shower, nice cup of hot chocolate, and put on a nice cd and really don't try to sleep, just relax and see what happens, i'm sure you'll be fine, girl

I know exactly how you feel, may not seam it right night but what ever it is will get better and you will dream less and less about it.

It's not stupid at all..
Bad dreams can be VERY disturbing!
I don't deal well with them at all..some have kept me on edge for nights in a row..
and some nightmares of mine have actually come true (this is true with alot of my dreams in general), maybe not to the 'letter', but enough to be upsetting..
I hope you have not had any of these experiences..
Probably in your case, after reading many of your posts, it is your current problems weighing heavily on your mind..
I hope you find peace soon.

I had a dream along time ago. It was creepy it felt like things were in my ear. They looked like circles with a finger. Doesn't sound scary but the feeling sure was.

I'm getting creeped out just posting this. So I'm stopping. What i do now is watch a movie I love to get my mind off of it. Hope this helps you.
