I know you want something natural, but don't know what to suggest......but if you buy GAS-EX.......that is a huge relief!!....I use it myself, especially in summer when I drink so much water from this damn heat, I just get bloated and it feels so uncomfortable.

Now, on another thread, someone had suggested herbal tea which would help, I haven't tried this and have no idea which one to buy, but am going to google some and see what they can do, have you ever tried them?
