Saying one is better than another seems to always land in conflict. If you oppress women, people call you a sexist, whereas if you support them, you're a feminist. Both of those terms are usually frowned upon. I can senselessly say men are better because I'm a male but that's plain arrogant and stupid. I cant say men are stronger than women as there are female bodybuilders who are probably stronger than some men. Either of those 2 statements (for or against) will usually involve generalizations. In the end, my answer is who cares. So what if one is better than the other, where does that lead us? If anything, it'll lead into more bickering. For the sake of arguement, if men are better, what good does that do? If that man goes into a workplace with that mindset and females are around, chances are he may treat them with less respect. On the other hand, if females are better, the same thing is possible. Saying they're equal or who cares allows one to have equal respect for both genders. | | |

Anyway! Gender is one of the principles of the universe, everything has it's opposite or counterpart, whatever you want to call it. Take the yin-yang concept, they must exist together and it's a fact that one is not superior to the other, how could it be since one cannot exist without the other? If one is percieved as better than it is solely a matter of opinion based on all sorts of reasons, and while one may seem greater than the other at times, it is just a limited perception because in the long run they both equal eachother. Yes, I am a zen master today.
