Right, so there seem to be a set of unwritten rules regarding who you are, and who you are not, allowed to sleep with/go out with/anything of that sort.

e.g.
Never f**k a mates sister
Never go out with a mates ex

etc.

What I'm wondering though, is are you allowed to sleep with/go out with/anything of that sort with a sisters mate?

Sisters friends are ok, just watch out for how/if it ends, could cause bad feelings between you and your sister or cause your sister to lose a friend.

I try my best to sleep with my mates sisters, they'd do the same to me if they had the chance, ex's are different i'd have no problem getting with a mates ex but i wouldn't brag about it.

ah there's nothing wrong with that,
carreful though not to steal the friendship or something, there's plenty of potential for friction i guess.

but screw it, its important to have your mates backs but sometimes if you really like a girl its silly to let her past get in the way of the potential you could have together.

there's only a certain amount of hold a person it entitled to after a break up, if they've been broken up awhile and there's none of that 'will they, won't they' atmosphere then nobody has any right to stop two people hooking up.

I dont think so because sleeping with mates sister is almost like f**king her so I wouldnt do that but I dont see anything wrong with going out with them somewhere...when I was going out with my ex she didnt wnat to go to a concert that I had tikets for so I took her sister.
