Yeah i have to disagree with the age factor on this one why because I feel that you know what is right or wrong from a very bloody young age and they know that not having consent before sex is a crime and shouldn't be taken lightly.I think it should be whatever the full sentence of the rape is whether it's 10years or 50years (examples)and it depends obiviously which country you are from.

That suggestion I could definitely agree with. My sister's fiance couldn't handle the fact that she didn't want to do the sick things he wanted to do.

She wanted to leave him but he kept her captive, turned off their phone line, took her keys, and forced her to take narcotics. She was so weak that all he had to do was keep her away from his apartment's one door. After keeping her there against her will for nearly two weeks he raped her.

He let her out after that because he know that he had her so scared of him that he thought she wouldn't do anything. I remember feeling so sick with impotent rage as I heard her tell my mother what happened while screaming and sobbing.

He couldn't be found after that for a while until the police picked him up. My mother had convinced my sister to press charges and get a restraining order.

He unfortunatly intimidated her with threats toward her entire family and she dropped the charges.

He spent a week in jail (hiding under benches and beds as told by somebody who shared a cell with him) and had a $5000.00 bail bond. He lost his job, home, car, est. over this.

He hasn't been seen after this but my sister is terrified of him popping up later on in her life.

I do know however that if I ever see him again I would jump him and rip chunks of his flesh out of his face with my teeth.

omg i no a girl who got raped by a 50 year old (it was her uncle) and he got let off

the worse thing becus he did no1 believed he did it

she sees him almost every day

she killed her self after a week

a good friend will comfert you when a guys rejected you... a best friend will go up 2 him and say ITS BECAUSE YOUR GAY ISNT IT :D
