I'm supposed to have been graduating from college today. My family is supposed to be here. Instead, I'm stuck alone in my apartment, and I'm getting ready to go grocery shopping instead. Thanks every so much, crappy administration, and an extra big thank you to the biology department for royally screwing me over. You guys rock. Really. I mean, you couldn't have done a better job throwing my life off track into a fiery burning mess.

It kinda sucks, and I'm kinda depressed, but what can I do, right?

I want to go home. But it's not happening, not for a few months yet, hopefully. All I can do right now is bust my a** to graduate in the fall, and cross my fingers that nothing happens to ruin the plans to go home and visit my family, then go on a road trip in July/August.

And with that, I'm off to make a breakfast shake, and then catch a bus to Wal-Mart.

Oh, Happy Friday. Really. I mean what better way to spend my day off, right?
