Go for the 3 bedroom they are easier to sale when the time comes..

The one thing I would advice you is to look around the neighborhood very well BEFORE you buy, go there at night, and during the weekend and take a look through the neighborhood to see what type of people that are there..

My hubby and I bought a house in Florida without looking around....
we ended up owning a house right in the middle of a race war between the neighbors.....sold it 6 months later.
