The best diet is one that is fitted to you. You can't just take some diet off the internet and expect it to work. Doing so might do a lot more harm than good. People of a young age shouldn't be so quick to take on a diet because they're still growing. Putting a kid on a diet is starving there body of body building nutrients more or less. I went to the tescodieting.com website and that such a common scam. A diet isn't just about counting calories and cutting down food. A true diet is a life style change. It must serve a purpose beyond simply loosing weight. You have to realize what goes along with loosing weight and establish a reasonable goal.

Diets do not work.

Dieting is a bad idea.

All gimmick diets are stupid bulls**t that you will never ever maintain.

What's smart? Eating a balanced diet and keeping your calorie and fat intake low. And exercising. End of story. All of "diets" are jerks trying to sell you bulls**t.

Diets are bad. Eat well, eat less and move.

"Dieting" is more like "balancing"

You're bringing "balance" to your habits

So yes, technically there is not such thing as "dieting"

Dieting= self imposed starvation.

We said the same thing. I'm just more succinct than you.

thats ten times more than its even possible to agree with something!

totally right though, diets are for people who have very little concept of how the body works and get exploited because of that.

i've met so many calorie counters who have no idea what a calorie actually is.
eat well, exercise more. thats all you need.

if you're truely interested then pick up a book and learn about nutrition, not about silly gimmicks.

I would also like to know if they are 13 years old. When I was 13 a diet was the last thing on my mind. Life style changes are how you lose weight. You have to eat less and move more.
