Hi all!
What Id love to know is, does anyone know of any places that do short cookery course' in the london area...maybe even further afield that they can reccomend? Im going to have a look online today but if anyone knows of any in the meantime that would be great!

Well to be honest steamed broccoli,
It lets you choose what region in France you would like to go to and the you get to cook local food from that region....Personally im thinkig of going to the Cote d'Azure or Brittany! They sound absolutly breathtaking and im also a BIG fan of seafood so what better places to go!
have you looked at the site yet SB? They have some recipies up there aswell...
Let me know what you decide on?
