well whats not working for me is the print screen thing. It keeps taking the picture of my desktop image with just a little bit of the internet browser window off to the side. I maximized the window and everything it still does the same thing, whats going on?

that's weird.
you should just have to be on the browser hit the print screen and open up Pain and paste it there. it should work.
are you hitting any other button by mistake?
