I used to get cramps in my foot a lot, and it was the most painful thing ever, and it would last for up to 30 seconds or so at a time.

And every now and then when I feel another one coming, I start panicking.

i do too... theyre the worst kind of non-emergency pain...

I saw a program once where people were scared of feathers and birds, people can be scared of almost anything. I've over come a lot of my phobias, but I still don't like largish lizards or frogs. Don't mind looking at them from a distance but not up close. Yet........I love snakes, I have 2 pet rats, things that people are often afraid of....everyone is different. Never feel embarrassed about your phobias.

I'm afraid of certain people, spiders, centipedes, flying, bedbugs!

slugs. ever since i caught 2 of 'em doing the nasty while hanging off the curtains over the head of my bed in the middle of the night. i woke to a strange noise, and the curtain was moving. this snot-ball looking thing was about 8 inches from my face. i moved my bed to the dead center of my bedroom and wouldn't put it back near the wall until winter and all the slugs were gone. i was 15. that was a LONG time ago- but i still shudder.
