Had a leaky roof repaired. It's still leaking. Told the Contractor three weeks ago... nothing. Have contract.

How long do i wait to go balistic on him? I'm thinking one more week

What was his response to your notification? Did you notify him in writing? I think you should send him a certified letter, if you have not done so.

This contractor comes to the small family owned restaurant i work at on the weekends. He's been going in there 20 years, everyday. I been there a couple of years.
Why would someone want to 's**t' where they 'play'?

I called another roofer to come look at and see exactly what he has done up there for $600.

The thing that bugs me about this, is, i hate to embarra** him AND myself when i tell him tommorrow, "I'm having someone come by and see what the problem is and it's very possible i may be asking for my money back"

alot of contractors are really really busy, just ask him if he doesn't have time, you will have to call someone else for the leak.
