the rest of me is slim so i can deal with but my tummy has always been flabby and sticks out so i look a little pregnant and i dont know how to get rid of it! iv not been eating anything which can bloat me so thats helped but im left with the flab, any advice on what really works? iv started sit ups but i dont want to turn my flab into muscle i want it gone so what should i do? iv been doing an exercise dvd but i need something a little more extra for my tummy

I have dance work out videos they are fun to do plus give u a good all round work out, i also have a gym ball and one of those twisty things you stand on

Women have a thicker layer of fat on there bodies by nature. It probably won't ever go away completely unless you turn into a roid head or have no life other than the gym. Doing sit ups is fine but if you're doing them to target just your abs it's a waste of time. You can't choose were you loose fat. You'll have to work on your whole body and at some point the extra fat there will decide to burn off.

Oh I forgot to mention...

If you want a really good intense work out find a certified Krav Maga training center close to you and join up. They work you real hard...then teach you how to kick a** in a very brutal and direct way.

Them Israelis did a good job with that one.

threadmill, exercise bike and all that s**te.

Like I said before, doing sit ups to target your abs is a waste of time. It's a myth. The only way to target fat anywhere on your body is to liposuction it away.

like vekta said, you cant spot reduce fat and you cant turn fat into muscle.
the first place that you gain fat is the last place that you lose it. normally the belly is where a man would first gain fat while a woman generally tends to hold it on thighs anh hips. But no matter where it is ,you`re just gonna av to lose fat from everywhere to get rid of the belly.

Hi,
only way of loosing fat from certain area is by loosing owerall body fat. Eat healthy and do some cardio- running, swimming- do preferably HIIT . Play tennis or anything really that burns calories.
I f i were you i would do full body workout 3 times a week- that way you will loose fat and get toned up

Don't eat crap, two litres of water a day (i didn't diet before my wedding at all i just did this and dropped 8lb) and i'm a fan of a good Yoga session to tighten you up a bit.
