I never did like reel big fish but i do agree that some of the bands that were great a couple years ago have totally changed. granted i understand that they wanna grow and expirement with music but please dont change your style from Beiing one of the biggest underground metal bands in the world to all this nostradomis crap.

Reel Big Fish are a brilliantly tight band who in my opinion are widley underrated. Ive heard them live and considering that there are atleast 6 or 7 musicians on stage at times, they work together unbelieveably well and coordinate fantastically. It annoys me when people consider there only good stuff to be sell out etc etc. Im sure they could have atleast 5 greatest hits albums with the amount of brilliant material they have. And the stuff on there new album isnt crap. I think the reason it was'nt as popular is because it just doesnt have the same level of drumming as in their older stuff like "Beer" and in my opinion it was level of skill their old drummer had that gave the band such power behind alot of their songs. For example songs like "Don't start a band" are good songs but lacking the level of drumming skill.

^ I completely agree.

I've seen them live and they are fantastic - the best band I've seen live.

The way that they adapt songs is amazing - but mainly Aaron and Scott can actually sing well live.

Their new album Our Live Album Is Better Than Your Live Album proves this.

They've worked their way through the years and Cheer Up! is an incredible album.

nah RBF has been great, and will aways be
its getting a bit repetative though
like their new album
it has some new songs on it and old ones
and its sortof dissapointing
but everyone has their ups and downs in the music industry

they got a bit more "poppy" as in like better recordings and bigger, "fancier" songs but i still think it's great and all good fun
