I use herbal remedies on a regular basis. Also a little Aromatherapy. I find it works really well, sometimes better than Western Medicine.

Hi,i'm interested in what you are trying to achieve. I think a lot of people are very uneducated about what's available to help them. I've actually trained as a kinesiologist and done other courses e.g. craniosacral balancing. Unfortunately where I live no one seems to be interested in anything which is very annoying as I have a lot of training up my sleeve. Would be interested in hearing from you.

My daughter is taking Massage Therapy. I am amazed at the knowlege she is getting. Almost every day, she comes home with some new iformation. It is mor than just relaxation. They are learning how to address a numeber of different ailments.

One night when i came home from work, I felt like my head was full of negative energy. She offered to do something for it. She did some accuperssure and massage. In 15 minutes, my head was completely clear and I felt great.

I highly recommend this therapy.

Hi there all, I work at a retreat centre that offers a range of complementary therapies. One thing that can help you quit smoking from a homeopathic point is nux vomica. You have to want to stop smoking though, its not a miracle!!

Don't forget Chiropractic! It's only the most widely used Complementary and
Alternative Medicine around!
