Sure I can understand that we should allow for a person to wear whatever they want but that old lady is not practicing the same courtesy. There are people who don't want to see that but she is not caring what other people think. That has a duality of being both bad and good. While some wouldn't approve others would be routing her on, and so because you can't please everybody all the time you gotta just be you and worry about the people who are on your side.
I was at the beach yesterday and we parked on the beach in an area of mostly old, saggy people wearing bikinis and shorts no shirt. My husband was not liking it, he wanted to move to where the younger, better looking girls were. I told him that we should get used to this because were going to one day be those same proud, shameless old farts walking around in our skimpies. He said, perhaps one day, but that is not now so we need to go where we belong, the young, good looking section. I'm not going to lie, I wanted to move too.

Weeelll... out comes this group of people, a couple of women and a man, and one of those women was wearing a tube top that was maybe a 1 1/2 feet at longest. Her boobs were sagging down, and you could see a good 4 inches of her (very wrinkled and aged) stomach.
She was fit for her age, yes, but that doesn't mean she should walk around in a tube top and those sweats all the teenage girls wear, at least IMO, when she can look better in something just as 'sexy' but a different style that flatters her more.
What do you think?
The phrase mutton dressed as lamb springs to my mind.
