I think i want to change hosting.

anyone got any suggestions at a reasonable price?

It would be great if it included php & mysql

How about your ISP, don't they give you webspace.

Reasonable price and not to bad service with good features : Bluehost and Hostmonster (same company, they offer ssh access (sftp) php5.2 mysql5 Apache2, Hostgator etc.
Google for some coupons, it can be interesting.
Stay away from IX hosting....
If your website isn't a BW killer and bad coded, You could arrange some shared space with a friendly webmaster (if you are short in cash).
