I need advice on what software is best for developing reciprocal links and the easiest way to do it. I have a basic html site and may need to upgrade to php soon. What is the best way to keep track of reciprocal links or 1 way link trading between more than 1 site? I need to check their link periodically and keep track of where mine as well as theirs is placed.

I would also like to be able to do a search of an entire site to see if there is a link pointed to my site from theirs. - Beverly

I did not check the softwares, just google for it and check it : open source backlink check or free backlink check etc.
