Ok,so ive surfed the net enough times, and it keeps tellin me the same thing - gotta let it run its course and wash your hands a lot basically. so i do that. But my patience is wearing thin, after four tuesdays in a row i keep getting this norovirus - a form of gastro that is sweepin across britain like the plague. I cant even go out for a few drinks of the alcholic kind without wakin up again at 2am feeling like i need to puke. If someone has any other useful advice let me know as Im really starting to worry about getting this illness every week at the same time...help!

Once you start with the sickness ...96 hours in quarantine .. if you still got it, then its not novovirus, see your doctor.

I work in an open office of about 20 people .. it's a food company .. so we take the risk of contamination quite seriously, as soon as anyone shows the symptoms of this they HAVE to stay away from work. Phones, desks and computers are sanitised.

If you don't get paid for time off then that's too bad, but the only way to ensure you don't pass the virus on is to stay away from contact with others for at least 4 days after you start being sick. Obviously, everyone has to follow this rule.

It's probably not the Norovirus. You should have developed a measure of immunity by now. Maybe it's something you're eating?
